Shipping Information:

We ship via UPS to the continental United States. Freight that is displayed on the site is real time connected to UPS.

ON IN STOCK ITEMS:Orders received before 2:30pm est. will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:30pm est., on Saturday or Sunday, or on Holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

OUT OF STOCK or NON STOCK ITEMS: You will be contacted by a customer service rep via phone or email to discuss the time it will take to receive the product.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

CANCELLATIONS: Orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipment. If the order has already been shipped then the return policy will take effect.

RETURNS: Product you wish to return must be submitted via phone or email and a customer service rep will contact you with an RMA#. All returns must have an RMA# to be accepted. You will be responsible for any and all cost to ship the product back to our location. After the returned product arrives at our location it will be inspected and credit issued for unused, unopened products. Those product that are used or unsaleable will be returned to you with no credit to be issued.
